Answers to unasked questions relating to our shipping policy are:

 

1.      Delivery Methods:

o   We offer standard and expedited delivery options.

o   Orders over ₹5,000 do not attract any delivery charges

2.      Processing Time:

o   Orders are processed within 2/3 business days.

o   We do not despatch on weekends or holidays.

3.      Delivery Charges:

o   Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.  These are based on total weight of tea ordered.

4.      Tracking Information:

o   Enabling you to track your order through the carrier’s website, you will receive a tracking number once your order is despatched.

5.      Delivery Time:

o   While subject to delivery agent’s timeline and destination, delivery post despatch could be between 2 to 7 days.

6.      Lost or Damaged Packages:

o   While unlikely, should your package be lost or get damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days.

o   We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
